Al\u00e9m disso, ela supervisiona a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de bens im\u00f3veis sem uso espec\u00edfico ou ainda n\u00e3o transferidos para outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os e coordena os processos de cadastramento, registro, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de bens patrimoniais, garantindo uma gest\u00e3o eficiente e estrat\u00e9gica dos im\u00f3veis do Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">A SUPATI garante a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o documental dos im\u00f3veis pertencentes ao Estado, coordenando o invent\u00e1rio dos bens realizado pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os estaduais e prestando orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a gest\u00e3o do patrim\u00f4nio imobili\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Facilita solu\u00e7\u00f5es para a afeta\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis por meio de instrumentos como Termos de Entrega, Cess\u00e3o de Uso, Permiss\u00e3o de Uso e Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Uso. Al\u00e9m disso, oferece suporte em demandas judiciais relacionadas \u00e0 gest\u00e3o patrimonial e prop\u00f5e a aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de im\u00f3veis que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o em uso, com o objetivo de otimizar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos bens do Estado, gerar receita ou viabilizar outras finalidades p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">A Superintend\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por decis\u00f5es sobre transfer\u00eancias, doa\u00e7\u00f5es e outras transa\u00e7\u00f5es imobili\u00e1rias, al\u00e9m de avaliar a necessidade e oportunidade de novas constru\u00e7\u00f5es para atender \u00e0s demandas da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Na \u00e1rea de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria, a Superintend\u00eancia desempenha um papel ativo na gest\u00e3o de processos, assegurando que os im\u00f3veis do Estado estejam regularizados. Isso inclui a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de iniciativas de titula\u00e7\u00e3o, cadastramento e registro de propriedades, al\u00e9m da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de pend\u00eancias jur\u00eddicas e t\u00e9cnicas. A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria visa garantir a seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica dos im\u00f3veis e promover a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o ordenada e o uso adequado das terras p\u00fablicas, sempre em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:15px\">A SUPATI tamb\u00e9m conta com unidades internas especializadas na gest\u00e3o imobili\u00e1ria, como a Ger\u00eancia de Gest\u00e3o de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Imobili\u00e1rias, a Ger\u00eancia de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Im\u00f3veis, a Ger\u00eancia de Vistoria e Topografia, a Ger\u00eancia de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria e a Ger\u00eancia de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o de Ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es.
