Garante o direito \u00e0 moradia digna, \u00e0 fun\u00e7\u00e3o social da propriedade e seguran\u00e7a jur\u00eddica para quem reside ou utiliza im\u00f3veis pertencentes ao Estado de Goi\u00e1s.<br><br>\ud83c\udfaf <strong>Quem pode regularizar?<\/strong><br><br>\u2013 Ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o consolidada at\u00e9 <strong>31 de dezembro de 2019, <\/strong>ou a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o do im\u00f3vel por cadeia sucess\u00f3ria;<br>\u2013 Im\u00f3vel de dom\u00ednio do Estado de Goi\u00e1s;<br>\u2013 Comprovada deten\u00e7\u00e3o ou posse da \u00e1rea;<br>\u2013 documentos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Contrato de compromisso de compra e venda com o Estado de Goi\u00e1s;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Comprovantes de pagamento (joia inicial e parcelas), quitados e autenticados:<br>&#8211; <span style=\"color: initial;\">Pagamentos realizados \u00e0 Secretaria da Fazenda ou bancos oficiais;<\/span><br>&#8211; <span style=\"color: initial;\">Carn\u00eas quitados com autentica\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica;<\/span><br>&#8211; <span style=\"color: initial;\">Carimbos no verso do contrato;<\/span><br>&#8211; <span style=\"color: initial;\">Selos ou estampilhas do Estado de Goi\u00e1s;<\/span><br>&#8211; Outros documentos v\u00e1lidos que comprovem o pagamento integral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>Descontos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es de Pagamento<\/strong><br>A Lei prev\u00ea descontos progressivos conforme a renda familiar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>40%<\/strong> para fam\u00edlias com renda at\u00e9 6 sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>30% a 10%<\/strong> para fam\u00edlias com renda entre 6 e 14 sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>25% de desconto adicional<\/strong> no pagamento \u00e0
